Living my entire life in the Shenango Valley, and practicing law here for the past 39 years, shows my commitment to those I serve. I graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1960. In 1969, I graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

In non-working hours I enjoy golfing, hunting, fishing, and gardening.

The primary focus of my practice has been: litigation dealing with both personal injury and contractual matters; representing both employers and employees in disputes with PA Public Employment Act and National Labor Violations Act; and Liquor Law representing licensees in licensing issues and alleged violations of the liquor codes.

I have been a member of this firm for the past 41 years. Although we have gone through name changes, we are still the same firm with the same goal, being dedicated to solving problems. Originally the firm was called Cusick, Madden, Joyce, Acker and McKay; next Ekker, Kuster, & McConnell was formed, and most recently Ekker, Kuster, McConnell, & Epstein, LLP.
