The Labor and Employment department utilizes its expertise to represent clients in a full range of human resource issues, including, but not limited to, hiring, termination, employment contracts, and covenants not to compete.  Our attorneys focus on anticipating and preventing labor relations problems and assisiting clients in resolving these problems without protracted litigation and expense.  Additionally, we represent employers in the areas of unemployment compensation, grievance and arbitration proceedings and defense of discrimination and sexual harassment claims.
