The firm has two locations from which we serve our clients.  Our Sharon office at One East State Street remains the firm’s primary location.  The Hermitage office, at 3545 East State Street, provides a convenient location for our clients in the Hermitage area to meet and counsel with any of our attorneys.  All of our attorneys are available to meet with clients at either of our locations.

To best serve our clients, we have established separate practice groups with practice managers.  We offer eight primary practice areas, Corporate, Litigation, Labor and Employment, Real Estate and Development, Commercial Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Elder Law and Family Law.
